From Linda:

Tori wore blue jeans and a pink silktop with a blood-red top underneath. She was not very talkative tonight, she seemed to be in a pretty low mood yet she said something about that she loves the land of the vikings. She had the most amazing voice tonight hitting those high notes. She did no improvs or encores. After the show I talked to Mark and asked him if we could expect Tori to come out afterwards. He said that he didnt think so because they were in a hurry heading for the London show, but - she did show up very quickly and there were no time for autographs and her bodyguard said that we werent allowed to come near, but she waved goodbye to us and later we saw her sitting in the bus waving again. This was my first Tori concert but definitely not my last.

From Jenny:

I went to Toris concert in Sweden on Friday, and I managed to get in the front row to see her as close as possible. She wore a pink, glittery top and jeans. And I noticed that she had gotten herself some hair extensions. Dunc was up on stage before she got on and did his thing with the oils on the piano, and the audience cheered him which made him smile and bow to us. And when she came on stage she bowed to us as well and started the set with Original Sinsuality. I was so happy just to see her and I think I had a huge grin on my face thoughout the whole concert. Just before take to the sky she talked to the audience for a bit, saying that she was happy to be in the land of the Vikings with their long...boats and their rythm. And asked us to keep the rythm and clap our hands for the next song (take to the sky). She sang so beautifully and on Hey Jupiter, Little Earthquakes and Silent all these years I got tears in my eyes. She only did one cover, Personal Jesus, and she said to us that "Most of you weren't born when this was made" so I thought it would be a Zeppelin cover or something. :) The funny thing is that Marilyn Manson was playing the night before and made his version of the same song, and one newspaper thought that Toris version was much better. After the concert she bowed and waved to us and ran of stage to her bodyguard, never to return back for an encore. I guess there wasn't enough time between her set and the next band to perform on the same stage. Dunc came back on stage, collecting her used chewing gums, putting them in her set-list-papers and threw them to the audience. And he also threw her water bottle and some other papers to us. I was working at the festival and I know the guy who was responsible for the stage she played at, and I asked him some questions. He didn't meet her that much but he said that she seemed nice and the only crew she brought was her chef (Dunc) and a bodyguard. No Mark and no Tash. I also partied with another guy who was working as a stagecrew at her concert and he said he would find something she left behind and give to me, but he couldn't find anything good. :)

I really enjoyed the show, but I would rather have seen her at a "real" concert. I think she did real good, but I know she can do better. Over all she got good reviews from the swedish newspapers, four out of five on the scale mostly. I took one roll of film, and forced a friend of mine to bring his Nikon D70 to back me up, which he did. I'll hopefully will get a hold of those pics soon. :)

From Christian "Ikant Reed":

I saw her when she was in Stockholm back in 94 and that one blew me away!! So after waiting 11 years for another Tori experience, I was moved to tears just by seeing her lovely lady Bsendorfer waiting on stage, just before the show. Everything was just Tori Amos, absolutely lovely. And to see her do Little Earthquakes was... tears. The show only lasted 1 hour which is a bit short, but she managed to give me a treasure anyway. To those who have not seen Tori live I can only say: You have absolutely no idea what you're missing. If you like her on CD, multiply that by 10 (at least) and you might get close to what it is live.
